Recover Enerji provides services to Greenhouse operators and Residence heating operators for downhole pump, surface pump and modular electricity generation unit in terms of design, selection, field service and optimization to utilize their resources more efficiently.
I. Modular Power Generation Units:
Before the residence or greenhouse heating process, electricity can be generated from geothermal wells with water surface temperatures over 70C0. Recovered energy can be used for internal consumption or sold to local grid. As these units are modular with compact design, the quantity can be increased over time to increase power generation volume or easily moved for other applications.
II. Downhole Pumps:
For greenhouse and residential heating applications which uses geothermal resources, the fluid production from wells can be increased and required wellhead pressure can be achieved with use of downhole pumps. This can provide flexibility to adopt heating capacity as per seasonal requirements or to increase the capacity to heat bigger areas or residences.
ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) system brings advantages in terms of application, control and efficiency in comparison to other pumping systems. With utilization of motor frequency controller (VFD/VSD) and downhole sensor, the operator can continuously monitor well’s downhole conditions (temperature and pressure) and ESP’s performance in order to optimize resource utilization efficiency and electrical consumption.
III. Surface Pumps:
With centrifugal surface pumps, geothermal fluid and water in the heating process can be efficiently transferred or reinjected back in designated wells. In comparison to other surface pump technologies, centrifugal pumps provide smooth and continuous flow, which reduces stress on surface pipeline.
According to well conditions and operation requirements, production, transfer and re-injection pumps can be designed to maximize benefit of the operator. Increase in benefit-cost ratio can be achieved and reported with periodical optimization studies.
